Professor Tom Schuller is the author of The Paula Principle – How and Why Women Work Below their Competence Level. Tom has worked in adult education most of his professional life, at the OECD and for several universities. He is currently a visiting Professor at Birbeck (London) and the Institute of Education. He is the author and editor of some 20 books, on topics from adult learning to industrial democracy. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences and a graduate of Oxford University.
