Women on Boards is a network of nearly 40,000 women and men who are starting and shaping their board careers. The network includes those with all levels of board experience, across all sectors and professional disciplines.
In addition to individuals who benefit from our support, encouragement and information, under our NexGen brand we work with over 30 leading organisationsas part of their talent development and retention strategy by offering in-house workshops and access to our full service.
We know senior experience is a pre-requisite for the most competitive board roles, and that integrating board positions from an early stage supports career progression.
Women on Boards also offers leadership training to enable all senior leaders to understand how to thrive in today’s complex environment and unlock the benefits of diversity.
